Brooklyn Brunch Wedding

Becca and Greg wanted a custom wedding invitation that blended tradition with a bit of romantic whimsy for their Brooklyn brunch wedding at the Liberty Warehouse. Inspiration was taken from their wedding day florals and their venue’s breathtaking view to create one-of-a-kind illustrations for their wedding suite. 

The invitation features a custom illustrated Aneneome that was blind letterpress printed onto luxury cotton paper. For the details card, I drew the NYC skyline as seen from their ceremony location, while their reply card was hand-illustrated with dainty florals that would be in the florals on the wedding day. The greenery on the envelope was inspired by the willow and Myrtle branches that are part of the four species mentioned in the Torah.

A custom newspaper was designed and printed for the couple that features a crossword puzzle, trivia, personal photos, love story, and a fantastic brunch menu. Each newspaper was placed on every guest’s table. The mix of modern New York iconography and traditional Jewish elements were the perfect match — just like coffee and a bagel!
